Vid tisdagens diskussion reste Urban frågan hur USA kan låna stora summor, bl.a. till finansiering av Ukraina-stödet.
Med anledning av detta vill Björn initiera en diskussion om dollarns status som världens reservvaluta. Bilagt är en analys över hur reservvalutor utvecklas och avvecklas. Analysen är gjord av Ray Dalio, se kort biografi nedan.
Några frågor att fundera på är: finns det idag tecken på att USD är på väg att förlora statusen som reservvaluta? Om ja, vilka är de tecknen? Vad kommer istället? Hur lång tid tar processen? Ta er gärna tid att se den längre versionen av analysen! (Den är ca 40 min lång). Björn inleder.
